That’s Me

 My goal is to create art that tells a story. I am inviting the viewer into my landscapes; or, creating a canvas that takes the viewer down memory lane. Too, it’s fun to paint or create enchanting places that most folks would like to visit. Also, there is my still-life artwork that hopefully demands your attention. My wildlife paintings capture the eye; and my animal artwork should bring a smile to your face.

For eBay I like to do small format art – SFA – (5″ x 7″ and 8″ x 10″). I prefer these due to ease of shipping. On my web site www.lindahiller.com you will find other artwork which is primarily pastel and oil.

I am a self-taught artist; however, have been fortunate enough to have had the opportunity to study with regionally and nationally know artists. I guess you could call that “selective education”.

My art hangs in homes from Florida to California and north in to Canada, with my major outlets being regional art shows and the internet. I am also represented by two galleries here in Oklahoma. I am a member of the Oklahoma Art Guild, Edmond Art Association and Oklahoma Pastel Society, of which I am a former president.  

My studio is in Oklahoma City which is where I live with my husband and two Italian Greyhounds.
